Free Report: Top 7 WBS Mistakes Project Managements Make

My experience is that the Work Breakdown Structure is a tool in project management that gets misused quite often. It could be because it is not covered in many books or because many people rush to build one without fully understanding the basics.
It could also be due illustrations in the PMBoK Guide text that display WBS Graphics incorrectly based on my experience.
It doesn’t matter what, it’s a problem.
A free report I just released that is heavily related to my new training course, WBS coach, has been published. The free report outlines the top 7 mistakes that project managers make (and those I have made) and discusses them in detail. There are many other mistakes I have seen, but I will only be focusing on the top 7.
The report is available here:

P.S.? My materials are not intended to be used for test preparation. They are meant to teach WBS fundamentals and techniques, as well as tool-specific video demonstrations. My method is most similar to the DoD standard, but can be scaled to fit any size project. I will point out any disagreements with PMI or other institutions in the materials.
